In 1971 a dam was built on the Flint River creating C.S. Mott Lake. at the end of the dam near the walking path is a series of concrete steps and blocks that the water cascades down as it flows down the river. It’s a marvelous addition to what would have been an ordinary dam. You should check it out, especially if you love waterfalls.
