This old stone church sits between Alpena and Oscoda on Michigan’s east side. The first church built by the Presbyterians was built in Alcona in 1880 but moved to where the stone church now stands in 1886. In June of 1924, the original church was destroyed by fire when that was ignited from the sparks
If you have ever been to the Holland State Park beach you have probably been past this old brick building. It was built in 1901 as an Edison Electric Power Plant to provide lighting for the Ottawa Beach Hotel complex. Sadly the hotel burned down in 1923 and pumps were installed in the old powerhouse

Point Iroquois Lighthouse stands along Lake Superior between Whitefish Point and Brimley. The lighthouse was constructed in 1870 and deactivated in 1962. It now operates as a museum in the summer months. While most tourists visit Whitefish Point Lighthouse this historic beacon is worth visiting and it is a beautiful drive along the Lake Superior
This old railroad depot stands near downtown Iron Mountain in the Upper Peninsula. The old station was built in 1910. I am not sure when it closed but It looks as if it has been a long time since anyone has taken a train ride from this historic depot. Thank you for Subscribing to Lost
Driving around the farm fields east of Shepherd I came across this old building which looked like a schoolhouse or church or township hall or maybe all the above. I took a few pics and then when I got back home I looked it up on google and found out it was in the township
